Lower Bench

This home was built in 1954 and had seen a few kitchen remodels in its lifetime however, none that took into consideration the basic function.  This kitchen lacked storage space and it had 3 corner cabinets that did nothing to help with housing dishware or pantry items.

The kitchen was completely gutted to the floor joists.  We rethought the floor plan, leaving only the kitchen sink and dishwasher in its original position.  We moved the fridge and stove to new walls and even closed in a door to the backyard to gain a spot for the new gas range.  A patio slider became the new entry point to the backyard.

This kitchen now is not only bright and beautiful but has the function of a much larger kitchen.  We were even able to give the clients a coffee bar. Attention to details made this kitchen renovation a huge success, not just in the materials but mostly in the functional design that was created.
